Mindfulness training

Mindfulness practice allows us to live each day more fully and compassionately and can lead to greater focus, peace, and equanimity.  The Mindful Pathway Center of New Jersey offers a variety of educational and coaching services  designed to help cultivate mindfulness. Programs include the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program  and Stressed Teens, an 8 week mindfulness program tailored to help 13-18 year olds identify and manage stress.  We also offer issue-specific  workshops and retreats,  individual and small group  coaching, as well  as corporate training programs.
